A VARIETY OF WORKOUTS ARE OFFERED THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. STRENGTH - CARDIO - BALANCE - STRETCH.

THIS YEAR I AM INTRODUCING β€œSHARON’S-METHOD’’ MY HIGH-VOLUME REP TRAINING PROGRAM USING VARIOUS TECHNIQUES (SUPERSETS, PYRAMIDS, TIME UNDER TENSION) FOR MUSCLE GROWTH, ENDURANCE, MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY. EQUIPMENT WILL VARY FROM LIGHT TO MODERATE WEIGHTS, LONG RESISTANCE BANDS, LOOP BANDS, PILATES BALL, STABILITY BALL, AEROBIC STEP, YOGA BLOCK BROOMSTICK AND A FLOOR MAT. WE WILL FOCUS ON FUN, VARIETY AND WORKOUTS THAT MAKE OUR BODYS FEEL GOOD!
